HOW TO REGISTER

Are you ready to take steps to help the kids at PMH? Then register now to be part of the John Hughes Big Walk . Enter as an individual or as a team with colleagues, family or friends. Once your registration is complete, your entry pack will be sent to you by post.

Register online ? click the following link "here" and enter by 5pm Thursday 5 November.

Register by post ? please print off the following brochure and post to PMH Foundation: GPO BOX D184, Perth WA 6840 by Thursday 5 November. Brochures can also be collected from Caltex Service Stations, Fitness First, Sports Fever and Woolworths. Click here for registration form.

Register in person ? PMH Foundation, 254 Railway Parade West Leederville (8.30am and 5.00pm Mon ? Fri).

Register on the day ? from 7am (cash and credit card payment only, NO EFTPOS available)

Please note: If you do not receive your registration pack prior to the walk this can be collected on the day from the ?Late Registrations Collection Tent?. This will apply to anyone that registers after Tuesday 3 November.

ENTRY FEES

Standard Registration - $20.00

Standard Registration on the day - $25.00

Registration (Under 12) ? Free of charge! please note every child under 12 will need to complete a registration form.

Please note: every participant will need to fill out a registration form and sign the waiver accordingly. Please note parent/guardians of children under 12 years will need to sign on their behalf. All walkers will need to register in order to receive a race number and go in the draw to win some great prizes!

EARLY BIRD PROMOTION

CONGRATULATIONS to our winner of the Early Bird Promotion - Laura Currie she registered before Friday 16 October and has received a $250 gift voucher courtesy of Sports Fever!

RACE BIBS

Race bibs need to be worn by every participant on the day. If you have lost your bib please call Olivia on 9489 1100.

In order to go in the draw to win the Hyundai i30 and other great prizes please tear off the perforated car entry on your race bib and place it in the barrel located near the stage.

CERTIFICATES

Certificates of completion will be available to print off Monday 9th November.
